IRIS Mundial has evolved and expanded its team over the years. Indeed, from 2001 to 2014, the organization was managed on a volunteer basis mainly by Dr. Jean-Pierre Tchang, optometrist. In 2015, IRIS Mundial hired its first permanent employee. Since 2021, IRIS Mundial has two employees.<\/p>\n

In the past, she worked for four years for the Belgian Red Cross and nine years for Handicap International. She has also carried out international cooperation missions in many countries, including: North Korea, Senegal, Mali, Benin, Niger, Haiti, Colombia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Burundi, Afghanistan, Iraq and DRC.
