IRIS Mundial is a group consisting of Optometrists, Opticians, Ophthalmologists and other professionals who work as volunteers with the most disadvantaged people in collaboration with local partners.
Our history
The creation of IRIS Mundial
Since 2001, at the initiative of Dr. Jean-Pierre Tchang, Optometrist, IRIS Mundial volunteers participated in more than 24 one-time projects and 19 training missions in eye care, mainly in Haiti and Peru, but also in Senegal, Mexico, Benin, Mozambique and India.
